He who has loved often, has loved never

He asks me about the scarf
I waved, at the last party I ever
attended, ever and I laugh
in my sleeves, “I let it go”.

I cover my face by the veil
and fly, dear love traces the
path in the sky. He mistook me
for a gem or some art handsome

but I am a woman, my veins
filled with light. I say, I have
loved often but you should mark
I have never. I go to the quarters

at the suburbs of heaven, whose
openness radiates on earth and
where fountains breed truth
to collect fine love in my hands

again and again. That is how I
found myself loving over and over
but never loving once in whole
of my unfortunate lifetime.
